摘　　要：髌骨不稳是一种髌周骨性结构或软组织平衡关系失调后表现为髌骨脱位、髌骨软骨软化及髌前疼痛等一系列临床症状的髌股关节疾患,其病因复杂且具有复发性,久而久之使髌骨软骨持续损伤、逐级加重,最终严重影响患者生活质量,往往需行手术治疗。因此尽早明确病因,及时诊断并采取正确的措施是治疗该疾病的重中之重。Patella instability is a kind of pathological patellar-thign joint diseases characterized by peripheral bony structure or imbalance of soft tissue,which shows a series of clinical symptoms such as patellar dislocation,chondro malacia patellar and anterior patellar pain,and so on.The etiology of patellar instability is complex and recurrent. In the course of time,the patellar cartilage is continuously damaged,gradually aggravated,and ultimately seriously influence the quality of life of patients;it often needs surgical treatment,therefore,the most important somthings to treat the disease are as soon as possible to make clear the cause of disease,to diagnose in time and take correct measures.
