防己茯苓汤不同剂型治疗下肢深静脉血栓后遗症效果比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察比较防己茯苓汤不同剂型治疗下肢深静脉血栓后遗症的临床疗效。方法将90例下肢深静脉血栓后遗症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。2组患者均给予常规基础治疗,观察组同时给予防己茯苓汤配方颗粒口服,对照组同时给予防己茯苓汤传统煎剂口服,均1剂/d,分早晚温服。观察2组治疗前后Villalta评分、肢围及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平变化情况,统计2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后Villalta评分、肢围均明显降低(P均<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2组治疗后PT、APTT、FIB及DOPPLER超声检查管腔内径、管壁内膜、血管压缩性及管腔内回声均有明显好转(P均<0.05),但2组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论防己茯苓汤可以明显改善下肢深静脉血栓后遗症患者临床症状体征及凝血功能指标,且配方颗粒与传统煎剂具有等效性。Objective It is to observe and compare the clinical curative effect of different formulDecoction in the treatment of sequelae of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 90 patients deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were selected and randomly divided into observatiwith 45 cases in each group. The patients of were given routine basic treatment in the two groups. On this basis, the obser-vation group was given prescription granules of Fangji Fuling Decoction, the control group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoctum of Fangji Fuling Decoction. One dose per day , took it twice in the score , clinical condition score and PT , APTT and FIB levels in the two groups before and after treatment were observed , the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The Villalta score and limb circumference of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but there was no significant difference groups （P 〉0. 05） . In the two groups , the internal diameter of lumen , the intima of tube wall , and the echo of lumen in the two groups were significantly improved （all P 〈0. 05） , but between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.77% ,group was 95. 56% . There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Fangji Fuling Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and coagulation function indexes of patients with se-quelae of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. The formula granules and traditional decoctum are treatment.
