摘  要:为了探讨辐射对谷稗种子抗盐碱性的影响,以50,100,150,200,250 Gy辐射剂量的谷稗种子为材料,进行NaCl胁迫.对NaCl胁迫处理的谷稗种子的半致死浓度进行筛选,并分析不同辐射剂量对谷稗种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响.结果表明,依据不同NaCl浓度对谷稗种子(对照)发芽率的影响,280 mmol/L NaCl胁迫种子的发芽率为54.67%,此浓度为NaCl胁迫半致死浓度;^(60)Co-γ射线对谷稗种子的萌发和芽苗的生长产生不同的影响,50~100 Gy辐射剂量能提高种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、芽苗的总长度、根长度、芽长度、鲜质量和相对含水量.低辐射剂量(50~100 Gy)促进种子萌发和芽苗生长,高辐射剂量(200~250 Gy)对种子萌发和芽苗生长有显著的抑制作用.In order to study the effects of radiation on salt resistance of Chaomu No.1 Echinochloa crusgalli seeds,50,100,150,200,250 Gy radiation doses of Chaomu No.1 Echinochloa crusgalli seeds were used as materials to carry out Na Cl stress.The semi-lethal concentration of the seeds treated by Na Cl stress was screened and the effects of different radiation doses on germination and seedling growth of Chaomu No.1 Echinochloa crusgalli seeds were studied.The results showed that the germination rate of 280 mmol/L Na Cl stress seeds was 54.67 % according to the effect of different Na Cl concentration on the germination rate of barnyardgrass seeds(control),which was the semi-lethal concentration under Na Cl stress.60 Co-γ radiation had different effects on the germination of seeds and the growth of seedling.50~100 Gy radiation doses could improve the germination rate,germination potential,vigor index,total length of seedling,root length,bud length,fresh weight and relative water content.Low radiation doses(50~100 Gy)could promote the germination of seeds and the growth of seedling.High radiation doses(200~250 Gy)could significantly inhibit the germination of seeds and the growth of seedling.
