摘　　要：通过引入本地市场效应的多国分析框架和经验估计方法,将本地市场规模效应和外部市场准入效应进行分离,并利用区域间投入产出表数据,对中国区域间产业分布的本地市场效应进行经验检验。研究发现:就各行业整体而言,中国区域间的产业分布并不存在显著的本地市场效应,但就行业来看,17个行业中有6个行业表现出显著的本地市场效应,外部市场准入效应影响的大小和方向依行业而异,并且其影响弱于国际贸易中的外部市场准入性。中西部地区在自身资源禀赋优势不断被削弱且政府投入资源有限的背景下,可利用本地市场效应引导相关产业在本地集聚以提高经济发展水平,为此政府在制定相关政策时必须区分引致产业集聚的主导因素是资源禀赋还是本地市场规模,注重对相关产业区域内部市场的培育,并合理配置有限的资源以实现经济的快速发展和产业升级。这对实现中国区域协调发展、减少地区间收入差距具有重要意义。By introducing the multinational analysis framework and experience estimation method for home mar ket effect in this paper, we separated the local market scale effect and the foreign market access effect and car tied out the empirical test for the home market effect of regional industrial distribution in china by using the da ta from regional input output table of 2007. The results showed that： for the industries in our country as a whole, there is no significant home market effect for regional distribution of industry in our country; But for the subdivided industries respectively, there were six industries which showed significant home market effect in all the 17 the industries. The size and direction of the foreign access market effect varied accordance to the in dustry and its impact was weaker than the same effect in the international trade. This paper argues that, in the context that the resources endowment advantage are weakened constantly and the resources inputted by the government are limited in central and western regions, These regions can make use of the home market effect to guide related industries to cluster in order to improve the level of economic development, Therefore the govern ment must distinguish between the resources endowment and the scale of local to identify which is the dominant factor leading to the industrial concentration in formulating relevant policies. Pay attention to the cultivation of related industries＇ internal market and in this way the limited resources can get reasonable configuration in or der to realize the rapid development of economic and industrial upgrading, This is of great significance for reali zing the regional harmonious development of our country and reducing the income gap between regions.
