摘　　要：中国共产党自成立的那天起,就将党风廉政建设作为一项重要的政治任务常抓不懈。延安时期,党采取多种方式建设廉洁政府,尤其是践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,走群众路线;建立健全相关法律法规,用制度约束党员干部行为;发扬民主监督精神,健全民主监督机制;表彰先进模范和严厉惩治腐败分子,激发党员干部的干事创业意识;领导干部率先垂范等,通过这些措施使陕甘宁边区政府成为当时最廉洁的政府。认真总结这一时期党风廉政建设的基本经验,能够有效指导今天的党风廉政建设,为新时代党的建设伟大工程凭添助力。Since the day of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the construction of a honest and clean government as an important political task has always been made unremitting efforts. In the Yanan period, the Party adopted a variety of ways to build a clean government, especially the practice of serving the people, and insisting on the route of the masses; establishing and improv- ing relevant laws and regulations, with the systemconstraint the behavior of Party members and cadres; carrying forward the spirit of democratic supervision, improving the democratic supervi- sion mechanism; commending the advanced models and severely punishing corruption, stimulat- ing the Party members and cadres＇ entrepreneurship consciousness, through these measures mak- ing the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region government became the most honest government. A careful summary of the basic experience of the construction of honest and clean government in theYanan period can effectively guide the construction of honest and clean government in the party.
