疏血通注射液配合低频电刺激治疗脑梗死后椎-基底动脉供血不足患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液配合低频电刺激治疗脑梗死后椎-基底动脉供血(VBI)不足患者的疗效。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月我院收治的脑梗死后VBI患者126例为研究对象,随机分为甲组、乙组和丙组各42例。甲组患者给予疏血通注射液治疗,乙组患者采用低频电刺激治疗,丙组患者采用疏血通注射液配合低频电刺激治疗,观察比较三组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,并对三组患者治疗前后的椎动脉(VA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、基底动脉(BA)血流速度进行检测比较。结果三组患者的治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);丙组患者的临床疗效最好。治疗前三组患者的VA、BA及PCA血流速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后三组患者均有所改善(P<0.05),丙组患者VA、BA及PCA血流速度改善较甲、乙两组患者更显著(P<0.05)。治疗期间三组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论疏血通注射液配合低频电刺激治疗脑梗死后椎-基底动脉供血不足患者疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with low frequency electrical stimulation on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency（ VBI） after cerebral infarction. Methods 126 patients with VBI after cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,42 cases in each. The group A were treated with Shuxuetong injection,group B were treated with low frequency electrical stimulation,group C were treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with low frequency electric stimulation therapy. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the three groups were observed and compared. The blood flow velocity of the vertebral artery（ VA）,the posterior cerebral artery（ PCA） and the basilar artery（ BA） before and after the treatment of the3 groups were compared. Result There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the three groups（P〈0. 05）. The clinical curative effect of group C is obviously superior to group A（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the blood flow rate of VA,BA and PCA in the three groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the three groups were improved（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of blood flow rate of VA,BA and PCA in group C was more significant than that in group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in all three groups during the treatment. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection and low frequency electrical stimulation on the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency after cerebral infarction is effective and safe.
