拉萨市城关区老年高血压病病人自我效能感水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解拉萨市城关区老年高血压病人自我效能感水平及其影响因素。[方法]应用便利抽样法,采用一般资料问卷和一般自我效能感量表对拉萨市城关区8个社区卫生服务中心进行健康档案登记的老年高血压病人进行调查,分析其一般自我效能感水平及其影响因素。[结果]329例高血压病人一般自我效能感得分为20.52分±5.44分,其中仅61例表现出高水平自我效能,218例表现出低水平自我效能。不同年龄、文化程度、平均月收入、同住情况、病程和高血压分级的老年高血压病人自我效能感水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]拉萨市城关区老年高血压病人的自我效能感水平中等偏低,其中年龄、文化程度、平均月收入、同住情况、病程及高血压分级对老年高血压自我效能感水平有重要影响。Objective To investigate the level of self efficacy of elderly hypertensive patients in Chengguan district in Lhasa and its influencing factors. Methods： The convenient sampling method was used,the general data questionnaire and the general self efficacy scale were used to investigate the elderly hypertensive patients registered in eight health service centers in Chengguan district in Lhasa city,and the general self efficacy level and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results： The general self efficacy score of 329 patients with hypertension was 20.52 ±5.443,in which only 61 cases showed higher level self efficacy and 218 cases showed lower level self efficacy.There was statistically significant difference in the level of self efficacy among elderly hypertensive patients with different age,educational levels,average monthly income,living condition,course of disease and hypertension （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The level of self efficacy of elderly hypertensive patients in Chengguan district in Lhasa was lower,and the age,educational level,average monthly income,living condition,course of disease and the classification of hypertension had important influence on the level of self efficacy of elderly hypertensive patients.
