多媒体式术前访视在胃肠道肿瘤病人中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨多媒体式术前访视在胃肠道肿瘤病人中的应用效果。[方法]便利抽取江西省肿瘤医院接受手术治疗的92例胃肠道肿瘤病人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各46例。试验组采用多媒体式术前访问,对照组采用常规术前访问,分别于手术前1d和进入手术室后10min采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组病人进行测评,并比较两组病人心率和收缩压情况。[结果]手术前1d,两组病人焦虑自评评分、心率及收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入手术室后10min,试验组病人焦虑自评评分、心率及收缩压均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对胃肠道肿瘤病人实施多媒体式术前访视,能减轻病人焦虑症状,使其身体处于更好的生理状态,有利于降低手术风险。Objective To probe into the application effect of multimedia preoperative visit in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods： Totally 92 patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by surgery in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases in each.The patients in experimental group used multimedia preoperative interview,while the patients in control group received the routine preoperative interview.Self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS ）was used to evaluate patients in two groups one day before the surgery and 10min after entering the operation room.Heart rate and systolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results： One day before operation,there was no significant difference in self rating anxiety score,heart rate and systolic pressure between two groups （ P 〉0.05）.10min after entering the operation room,patients’self rating anxiety score,heart rate and systolic pressure in experimental group were lower than that in control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The multimedia preoperative visit to the gastrointestinal cancer patients could reduce the patient＇s anxiety symptoms,make the body in a better physical state,and reduce the risk of operation.
