摘 要:压力脉动是造成压缩机管路振动的最主要的原因。强烈的管路振动给压缩机安全运行带来巨大安全隐患。本文提出一种新型气流脉动衰减器,其结构为一端为盲板的多孔管。在一台排气压力为0.2~0.5 MPa(表压)的空压机上进行了该衰减器的气流脉动衰减性能,以及对管路振动的消振效果的实验研究。结果表明:安装衰减器后管道内的压力不均匀度降幅为23%,管道振动的位移幅值能减小50%以上。应用该气流脉动衰减器成功解决了某石化厂3000 k W新氢压缩机入气管道的振动问题,而且衰减器的安装完全不改变原有压缩机管路,施工周期短,可靠性高,不影响压缩机运行参数。Pressure pulsation is the main reason causing pipeline vibration of reciprocating compressor, which is a great potential danger for the compressor safety operation. A novel gas pulsation attenuator was developed. It is a perforated tube with a blind end. An experimental research was done on an air compressor with discharge pressure of 0.2 ~0.5 MPa(gauge pressure) about the attenuator to study its attenuation performance for the gas pulsation and the pipeline vibration. The results show that the attenuator can make 23%reduction of the gas pulsation, and the pipeline vibration obviously decreased with up to 50% or more vibration amplitude reduction.The novel gas pulsation attenuator was used in a hydrogen reciprocating compressor of 3000 k W and successfully solved the vibration problem of the gas suction pipe. It also has advantages of easy installation, short construction period, and high reliability under the condition of without changing primary pipeline and influencing compressor operation parameters.
