摘  要:在石油化工生产中,C_6/C_7烃类的分离方法主要有液液萃取和抽提蒸馏,绝大多数抽提工艺均采用环丁砜溶剂。环丁砜溶剂在氧存在时会发生氧化、水解生成磺酸,磺酸会腐蚀设备造成换热器泄漏,影响塔盘的效率并造成换热设备堵塞。文章分析了造成环丁砜劣质化的各种因素,并采取应对措施,提高环丁砜溶剂的质量,使装置的腐蚀情况得到有效缓解。In petrochemical production,the separation methods of C_6/C_7 hydrocarbons are mainly liquid-liquid extraction and extraction distillation. Most of the extraction processes use sulfolane solvent. The sulfolane solvent will oxidize and hydrolyze to generate sulfonic acid in the presence of oxygen. The sulfonic acid will corrode the equipment and cause leakage of the heat exchanger,affecting the efficiency of the tray and causing blockage of the heat exchange equipment. The article analyzed various factors that caused the poor quality of sulfolane,and took countermeasures to improve the quality of sulfolane solvent and therefore effectively improved the corrosion of the device.
