行业生产网络下进口中间品对中国企业创新的影响

摘　　要：聚焦进口中间品通过行业投入产出渠道对中国企业创新的影响,我们使用中国工业企业数据库、海关数据库和WIOD行业投入产出表匹配的数据研究表明:(1)进口中间品通过行业内水平渗透率和行业间前向联系对中国企业创新产生抑制作用,而通过行业间后向联系对中国企业创新产生促进作用;(2)区分贸易方式、是否从发达国家进口中间品的企业特征后,以一般贸易或从发达国家进口中间品的中国企业创新受到行业内水平渗透率和行业间前向联系的抑制效应会变弱,同期企业进口中间品从行业间后向联系中获得的知识溢出对中国企业创新的促进作用会变强。因此,参与全球生产网络的企业向行业中上游拓展,可充分获取进口中间品通过行业间后向联系获得的知识溢出带来的创新效应,而减少进口中间品通过行业间前向联系和行业内水平渗透对中国企业创新的负面影响。Focusing on the effects of imported intermediate products on the innovation of China's firms through industrial input-output linkages,we employ the panel data matched by Chinese Industrial Enterprises Database,Customs Database and WIOD Input-Output Tables to find that firstly,the imported intermediate products have significant depressing effects on Chinese firms'innovation through the rise of Intra-Industry Horizontal Penetration Rate(IIHPR)and inter-industry forward linkage,whereas having significant improving effects through the strengthening of inter-industry backward linkage.Secondly,when distinguishing between trade modes and whether or not importing intermediate products from developed countries,we prove empirically that there are smaller depressing effects of IIHPR and inter-industry forward linkage on innovation of Chinese firms that import intermediate products in ordinary trade or from developed countries;meanwhile,there are stronger promoting effects of acquiring knowledge spillovers from inter-industry backward linkage on innovation of Chinese firms that import intermediate products.Therefore,Chinese enterprises participating in the global production network expand to the upper and middle reaches of the industry.They can fully obtain the innovation effects of knowledge spillovers from importing intermediate products through inter-industry backward linkage,and reduce the negative effects of importing intermediate products on innovation of Chinese firms through IIHPR and inter-industry forward linkage.
