银屑病患者注意网络功能的研究

摘　　要：目的通过注意网络测试对寻常型银屑病患者的注意网络功能进行评估,以探讨其注意功能特征。方法采用注意网络测试,对29例寻常型银屑病患者及29例对照进行注意网络检查。结果寻常型银屑病组患者执行控制网络时间(100.22±20.91)ms较对照组(89.02±20.56)ms明显延长(P=0.044),两组在警觉、定向网络效率上差异无统计学意义。结论寻常型银屑病组患者执行控制功能较正常对照组减低,两组在警觉、定向功能上比较无差异。Objective The attention network test was used to evaluate the attention network function of patientswith vulgaris psoriasis and to explore its characteristics.Methods 29 patients with vulgaris psoriasis of the experi-mental group and 29 patients of the control group were given the attention network test to compare their attentionfunction.Results The time（100.22±20.91）ms of network control in the group of patients with vulgaris psoriasis was sig-nificantly longer than that （89.02±20.56）ms（ =0.044）of the control group.There was no statistically significant dif-ference between the two groups in alerting and network-orientation efficiency.Conclusion The function of executingcontrol in the group of patients with vulgaris psoriasis was more declining than that of the control group.The twogroups showed no differences on the alerting and orienting functions.
