摘　　要：塑料加工设备包括各种塑料机械,简称"塑机",如注塑机、挤出机、吹塑机、中空成型等,其技术能级决定了塑料制品的档次。本文阐述了当今塑机的机筒加热系统的"机筒加热器"最新结构特点和原理、工艺特性、能耗特点、使用寿命等,以期更深度理解塑料加工设备技术的发展趋势,对塑机制造企业和塑机使用企业于先进技术和产品品质提升、降低能耗提供借鉴。Plastic molding is an important part of the national economy. Plastic processing equipment includes a variety of plastic machinery, called ＂plastic machines＂, such as injection machine, extruder, blow molding machine, hollow molding and so on, its technical level determines the grade of plastic products. This paper describes the latest structural features and principles, technological characteristics, energy consumption characteristics and service life of the barrel heater, the current barrel heating system. It is hoped that the readers can understand the development trend of the technology of plastic processing equipment more deeply, and provides reference for the advanced technology and the improvement of the quality of the product and the reduction of energy consumption for the plastic machine manufacturing enterprises and the plastic machine use enterprises.
