Effects of Inoculation of AM Fungi and Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on Phosphorus Morphology and Rape Yield in Reclaimed Soil in Mining Area

摘  要:为了研究接种AM真菌(丛枝菌根真菌)和解磷细菌对矿区复垦土壤磷素有效性的提升状况,通过盆栽试验研究单一接种AM真菌与解磷细菌以及同时接种AM真菌和解磷细菌不同浓度对复垦土壤磷素形态和油菜产量的影响。结果表明,与单施基肥处理的复垦土壤相比,3种施用菌群处理的复垦土壤中油菜产量、有效磷含量都表现出显著性提升,其中,同时接种AM真菌和解磷细菌的处理效果最好,与单施基肥相比,油菜产量、有效磷含量分别提升了6.14%~38.9%,26.61%~70.16%,且均在中浓度时表现出最好的提升效果。3种施用菌群处理的复垦土壤中全磷含量、碱性磷酸酶活性均在中浓度时表现出最好的提升效果,但3种不同菌群的处理间没有显著的差异性。3种施用菌群处理的复垦土壤中Hedley无机磷形态含量表现为同时接种中浓度的AM真菌和解磷细菌的处理效果最好,在中浓度时,H2O-Pi,Na OH-Pi含量比单一接种AM真菌和解磷细菌分别提升了1.89%~12.58%,1.74%~6.95%,而Na HCO3-Pi含量在3种不同菌群处理下没有显著性差异;在中浓度时,残渣态-P,HCl-Pi含量比单一接种AM真菌和解磷细菌分别降低了15.80%~26.09%,5.68%~7.16%;与单施用基肥处理的复垦土壤相比,同时接种AM真菌和解磷细菌处理的复垦土壤中H2O-Pi,Na HCO3-Pi,Na OH-Pi含量分别提升了9.93%~22.66%,11.39%~14.86%,47.53%~63.54%;残渣态-P,HCl-Pi含量分别降低了15.61%~21.02%,26.68%~32.89%。在此试验中同时接种适量浓度的AM真菌和解磷细菌对复垦土壤磷素有效性和油菜产量的提高效果是最好的。研究结果可为复垦土壤中磷肥的合理施用提供一些依据。The effects of inoculation of AM fungi(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi)and phosphorus bacteria on the improvement of phosphorus availability in reclaimed soil in the mining area were studied. Through pot experiments, the effects of single inoculation of AM fungi and phosphate solubilizing bacteria, and simultaneous inoculation of AM fungi and phosphorous bacteria at the same time on the phosphorus morphology and rape yield under different concentrations were studied. The result shows that compared with the reclaimed soil treated with basal fertilizer alone, the yield of rape and the content of available phosphorus increased significantly in the reclaimed soil treated with 3 kinds of bacteria. The treatment of AM fungi and phosphorus bacteria was the best. The yield and phosphorus content of rape were increased by 6.14%-38.9% and 26.61%-70.16% compared with the single application base fertilizer,respectively. The total phosphorus content and alkaline phosphatase activity in the reclaimed soil treated by 3 kinds of bacteria groups showed the best improvement effect at the middle dosage, but there was no significant difference between the 3 different bacteria groups.The form content of Hedley inorganic phosphorus in the reclaimed soil treated by 3 kinds of bacteria groups showed that the treatment effect of AM fungi and phosphorus bacteria in the same dosage concentration was the best. The content of H2 O-Pi and Na OH-Pi increased by 1.89%-12.58%, 1.74%-6.95%, respectively, and Na HCO3-Pi content in the medium dosage concentration was no significant difference in the treatment of 3 different microflora. In medium dosage, residue-P and HCl-Pi content decreased by 15.80%-26.09% and 5.68%-7.16% compared with single inoculation of AM fungi and phosphate solubilizing bacteria, respectively. The content of H2 O-Pi, Na HCO3-Pi and Na OH-Pi increased by 9.93%-22.66%, 11.39%-14.86% and 47.53%-63.54% in the reclaimed soil treated with AM fungi and phosphate bacteria alone, respectively.
