摘 要:为了研究中草药复合添加剂对绵羊抗氧化机能的影响,选取4月龄健康杜寒杂一代绵羊60只,按照"体况相近、公母各半"的原则,随机分成4组,每组15只,分别设为公羊对照组(标准日粮)、公羊试验组(标准日粮+中草药复合添加剂)、母羊对照组(标准日粮)、母羊试验组(标准日粮+中草药复合添加剂),在试验第15,30,45天,分别测定各组绵羊血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果表明,在试验15,30,45 d时,公羊对照组血清中的T-SOD,MDA,T-AOC的变化差异均不显著(P>0.05),母羊对照组血清中的T-SOD,MDA,T-AOC的变化规律与公羊对照组相同,且公羊、母羊对照组间差异不显著。公羊试验组T-SOD,MDA,T-AOC的变化规律同母羊试验组,且公羊、母羊试验组间差异不显著;但与对照组相比,试验组T-SOD,T-AOC的活性随试验天数的增加显著升高(P<0.05),MDA的含量显著下降(P<0.05),但30 d与45 d各指标间差异不显著。结果表明,在标准日粮中添加中草药复合添加剂能够增强绵羊的抗氧化机能,且与性别无关。研究结果可为该中草药复合添加剂在绵羊育肥中应用奠定基础。This paper studied the effect of a Chinese herbal medicine compound additive on antioxidant function of sheep. A total of60 four-month-old Dorper ×thin-tailed Han in similar body conditions were randomly divided into 4 groups by gender, 15 in each group. Four treatments were: control group of rams and ewes(standard diet), experimental group of rams and ewes(standard diet + a Chinese herbal medicine compound additive). The activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), the content of malondialdehyde(MDA), the activity of total antioxidant(T-AOC)in sheep serum of each group was measured at the 15 th day, 30 th day and 45 th day,respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the T-SOD, MDA and T-AOC results at 15 d, 30 d and45 d(P0.05)in the ram control group. The ewe control group showed the same change patterns as the ram control group, and there was no significant different between these two groups. The change patterns of the above three antioxidant indexes in the ram experimental groups were the same as those of the ewe experimental groups with no significant difference. However, the activity of T-SOD and T-AOC in the experimental groups was significantly higher as time went by(P0.05)and the content of MDA in the experimental group was significantly lower(P0.05)compared with control groups. The results of three indexes at 30 d and 45 d showed no significant difference in the experimental groups. The results showed that the standard diet with a Chinese herbal medicine compound additive added could enhance the antioxidant function of sheep, and it had nothing to do with sex. This study laid a foundation for the application of this Chinese herbal medicine compound additive in sheep fattening.
