摘　　要：随着生活质量的提升,人们对动物产品的需求也不断增加。由于动物产品跨区域流通比较频繁,也相应地增加了冷冻肉类食品储藏量,随之而来的就是冷冻食品安全问题。本文主要探讨分析了冷冻肉类食品监管,希望能从根本上提升冷冻肉类食品的安全。With the improvement of people’s quality of life, the demand for animal products has also been increasing. Because the circulation of animal products across regions is frequent, it also increases the storage of frozen meat products, which is followed by frozen food safety. This article is mainly about the analysis of frozen meat food supervision, hoping to fundamentally improve the safety of frozen meat products.
