摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA结合质量管理工具在降低高血压患者全麻诱导期低血压发生率的应用效果。方法查取2017年7月高血压患者全麻90例,其中24例出现诱导期低血压,占总数的26.7%,采用头脑风暴法、鱼骨图找出低血压发生的主要原因,分析原因,寻找可调控因素,进行真因验证,并拟定相关对策,设定目标值12.8%,在改进过程中对低血压发生率进行评价,最后形成高血压患者全麻诱导的规范流程。结果 2017年8月—2018年1月运用PDCA结合质量管理工具的应用,高血压患者全麻诱导期低血压发生率降低为11.1%,达到了目标值。结论运用PDCA结合质量管理工具进行麻醉管理可维持高血压患者全麻诱导期血流动力学的稳定,保障了患者围术期的麻醉安全。Objective To explore the efect of PDCA combined with quality management tools in reducing the incidence of hypotension in patientswith hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension were enrolled in July 2017, of which 24 cases had hypotension during induction period, accounting for 26.7% of the total. The main causes of hypotension were found by brainstorming and fshbone map, the reasons were analyzed, the factors were found, the true cause was verified, and the relevant countermeasures were drawn up, and the target value was set up 12.8%. In the process of improvement, we evaluated the incidence of hypotension, and finally formed a standardized procedure for general anesthesia induction in patients with hypertension. Results From August 2017 to January 2018, PDCA combined with the application of quality management tools, the incidence of hypotension in the induction period of hypertension patients was reduced to 11.1%, reaching the target value. Conclusion Using PDCA combined with quality management tool for anesthesia management can maintain the stability of hemodynamics in patients with hypertension and ensure the safety of anesthesia during perioperative period.
