摘　　要：Salter骨盆截骨术作为治疗DDH患儿的首选治疗方法,现已广泛应用于临床工作当中。其主要作用是通过手术改变髋臼形态学及生物力学使髋臼与股骨头达成同心圆匹配,从而纠正髋关节的病理状态。为了更好的提高SIO对于疾病的治愈率,国内外很多学者对SIO手术方法的改良、术后髋臼形态学及生物力学的变化、内固定及外固定材料的应用等方面做了大量研究。为了更系统化的了解SIO关于现代临床应用范畴与传统SIO的区别,作如下综述。Salter innominate osteotomy is the frst choice in the treatment of children with DDH, and which has been widely used in clinical work. Its main function is to make acetabular and femoral head concentric circle match by changing acetabular morphology and biomechanics to correct the pathological state of hip joint. In order to improve the cure rate of SIO for disease, domestic scholars and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the improvement of SIO operation method, the changes of acetabularmorphology and biomechanics, and the application of internal fixation and external fixation materials. For a more systematic understanding of the scope of modern clinical application of SIO and its differences from traditional SIO, the following is a review.
