摘　　要：目的讨论康复护理干预路径对脑外伤患者日常生活的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2017年5月来院治疗的脑外伤患者70例作为研究对象。将其随机将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施康复护理干预路径。结果观察组患者的有效率为94.29%,对照组患者有效率为85.71%;护理前,两组患者Barthel指数以及Harris肢体功能分值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而护理后,两组患者的分数均有所改善,且观察组患者分值优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑外伤患者实施康复护理干预,可以有效提高患者日生活功能,提高患者生活质量,保证患者健康。Objective To discuss the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention pathway on daily life of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods 70 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention. Results The efective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, while that of the control group was 85.71%. Before nursing, there was no signifcant diference in the Barthel index and Harris limb function scores between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After nursing, the scores of the two groups were improved, and the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with traumatic brain injury can efectively improve the function of daily life, improve the quality of life and ensure the health of patients.
