氟伐他汀与硝酸甘油注射液联合治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病患者发作急性心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究老年高血压合并糖尿病发作急性心力衰竭患者运用氟伐他汀与硝酸甘油注射液联合治疗的应用价值。方法选取86例在2016年6月-2017年1月来我院治疗的老年高血压合并糖尿病发作急性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(氟伐他汀与硝酸甘油注射液联合治疗)和对照组(单纯硝酸甘油治疗),各43例。比较两组生存质量情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组生存质量各指标评分较高(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压合并糖尿病发作急性心力衰竭患者运用氟伐他汀与硝酸甘油注射液联合治疗,能够明显改善患者生存质量,应当积极推广运用。Objective To explore the application value of fuvastatin combined with nitroglycerin injection in elderly patients with acute heart failure. Methods From June 2016 to January 2017, 86 senile hypertension diabetes mel-litus patients with acute heart failure in our hospital were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observa-tion group （fuorine cutting treatmentassociated with nitroglycerin injection） and the control group （simple nitroglycer-in treatment）, with 43 cases in each group. The quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the score of survival quality was higher in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The onset of old age hypertension diabetes mellitus patients with acute heart failure using fuorine cut statin and nitroglycerin injec-tion combined treatment, can signifcantly improve the quality of survival, shall actively promote the use.
