“风险评估表”在血液透析护理风险管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在血液透析护理风险管理中"风险评估表"的应用效果。方法随机选取血透室中行血液透析操作的18名护士,进行分组调查研究,建立风险评价标准和制定风险评估表作为依据,过程中观察护士对血液透析相关的风险的判断、评估和预防情况。结果实施风险评估表前,患者血液透析治疗后症状性低血压及失衡综合症的并发症分别为66.4%、40.0%,实施后分别为33.33%、15.56%,前后对比差异显著(P<0.05)。实施风险评估表后护士对血液透析相关知识了解和掌握情况占比96.0%,较实施前的85.0%有明显提高,前后对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析的风险管理中运用"风险评估表"可有效降低护理风险发生率及并发症发生率,提高医护人员的专业素养,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of＂risk assessment form＂in nursing risk management of hemodialysis. Methods 18 nurses were randomly selected in the hemodialysis room for the operation of hemodialy-sis. The risk assessment standard and the risk assessment table were set up. In the process, the nurses＇judgment, evalua-tion and prevention of the risk related to hemodialysis were observed. Results Before the implementation of the risk as-sessment table, the complications of symptomatic hypotension and imbalance syndrome after hemodialysis were 66.4% and 40.0%. After the implementation of hemodialysis, they were 33.33% and 15.56% （P〈0.05）. Compared with before the implementation （85.0%）, after the implementation of the risk assessment table, the nurses＇ knowledge and mastery of hemodialysis related knowledge accounted for 96.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of＂risk assessment table＂in the risk management of hemodialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk and the incidence of complications, and improve the professional quality of medical and nursing staff.
