农民工返乡创业意愿与效果的影响因素分析——基于湖南省607位返乡农民工的调查

摘　　要：新时期农民工的"返乡潮""创业潮"成为了我国社会热点、难点问题,农民工返乡创业为推进农村社会发展供给侧结构性改革注入了新鲜活力。但由于受创业经验、资金、科技应用、模式选择等原因的影响,创业效果并不太理想。文章从农民工返乡创业意愿与创业情况、个人与家庭基本情况、返乡前务工情况、当地政府扶持情况四个方面的调查着手,实证分析不同因素对农民工返乡创业意愿及创业效果的影响作用及程度,为更好的推进农民工返乡创业和促进农村社会结构调整提出一些对策。Nowadays,the trend of ＂returning home to start a business＂ among migrant workers has become China＇s social hot spot,which injected fresh vitality into the structural reform of the supply side of the rural social development,but hardly brought forth desirable effect for the restriction in entrepreneurial experience,capital,technology application,modes and other aspects.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the impact of different factors on the entrepreneurial willingness and the effect from four aspects,the entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial situation of migrant workers,the basic situation of individuals and their families,the working situations before returning home and the support of the local government,and puts forward a number of ways in promoting the entrepreneurship of returned migrant workers and the adjustment of rural social structure.
