定型机改造实现棉织物的一步法整理焙烘

摘　　要：棉织物的防皱防缩整理通常需经定型机整理与焙烘机焙烘两步完成,定型机整理完成树脂与棉织物的初步交链反应,使织物得以预定型,焙烘完成树脂的完全反应。科德宝宝翎衬布(南通)有限公司尝试对定型机进行改造,在其后新增一段小容布量的焙烘箱,实现了棉织物防皱防缩一步法树脂整理工艺,达到了缩短加工流程、节约能源和提高生产效率的目的。Anti-wrinkle and shrink-proof finishing of cotton fabric is usually accomplished by twosteps of stenter frame finishing and baking machine curing. The finishing by stenter frame was pre-setting and the cross linking reaction of resin was completed by baking process inside oven. The senter frame was reconstructed by Freudenberg ＆ Vilene Interlinings （Nantong） Co., Ltd. through adding a short of baking box after the machine, which could achieve the one-step finishing process of anti-wrinkle and shrinking of cotton fabric. Besides, the new process can shorten the processing flow, save energy and improve production efficiency.
