摘　　要：从样板弧度调整、辅料选择、面料裁剪方向、缝制方法、助剂配方调整和焙烘参数调整等方面,阐述了提升衬衫衣领平整度的方法。通过实例示出了改良前后免烫衬衫衣领平整度级别的对比。The methods of improving the flatness of shirt collars were introduced from the aspects of the model radian adjustment, auxiliary material adjustment, fabric cutting direction, sewing methods, auxiliary formula adjustment, and roasting parameter adjustment, etc. Examples were given to illustrate the comparison of the wrinkle level of the shirt collars before and after improvement.
