摘 要:再设计关键质量特性是影响再制造机床顾客满意度和市场竞争力的关键因素。为了识别再设计关键质量特性,提出基于模糊线性回归的再设计关键质量特性识别方法。该方法充分考虑顾客需求与再设计质量特性之间的不确定性,构建再设计质量特性质量屋,并通过基于非对称三角模糊数的模糊线性回归,得到顾客需求与再设计质量特性之间的初始模糊关系,进而对拟合度进行优化,得到顾客需求与再设计质量特性之间优化的模糊关系。其次构建再设计质量特性重要度识别方程,并充分考虑废旧机床的可再制造性,最终识别出再设计关键质量特性。以某厂的废旧数控铣床的再设计为例,验证了该方法的有效性及可行性。Redesign key quality characteristics(RKQCs)is a crucial factor that will impact the customer satisfaction and market competiveness of remanufactured machine tools. To identify RKQCs,identification method of RKQCs based on fuzzy linear regression is proposed. The uncertainties between customer requirements(CRs) and redesign quality characteristics(RQCs)are fully considered and the house of quality for redesign is constructed. The initial fuzzy relationships between CRs and RQCs are obtained by fuzzy regressions based on asymmetric triangular fuzzy numbers. Then,the fitting degree is optimized to obtain the optimized fuzzy relationships. Then, considering the remanufacturability of wasted machine tools, the importance identification equation for RKQCs is established and the RKQCs can be identified by the equation. The redesign for the wasted CNC milling machines in a plant is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and the effectiveness of the method proposed.
