摘 要:为了解火炮过程中传动的稳定性,研究火炮自动机齿形链传动系统的动态特性。在火炮自动机瞬间启动、急停和侧向加速度大等特殊工况下,建立该齿形链的虚拟样机模型;利用多体动力学,对自动机传动系统中齿形链的传动过程进行动态仿真。仿真结果表明:在自动机特殊工况下该齿形链传动的瞬时传动比误差不超过2.1%,满足自动机输弹系统稳定性要求;链条啮入链轮的瞬间冲击载荷峰值随着转速提高而降低;链节的横向波动量峰值为0.05mm,小于理论计算峰值,纵向波动峰值为0.04mm,明显大于理论计算峰值;可以看出,齿形链满足火炮自动机传动系统要求。In order to understand the stability of the gun in the process of the gun,study the stability of the transmission during the firing process with dynamic analysis of silent chain drive system for gun automat. To study the dynamic analysis of silent chain drive system under the special working conditions of gun automat,the mesh mechanism of outside mesh chain is systematically illustrated,and the virtual prototype model of silent chain based on virtual prototype technology is established.By using the multi-body dynamics,dynamic simulation of silent chain drive system in the drive system is carried out. The simulated results show the instantaneous transmission ratio error of the silent chain is less than 2.1% and gradually decreases with the increasing of the speed. The impact load decreases with the increase of the rotating speed,when silent chain approach sprocket. The maximum of the transversal variation,which is 0.05 mm,is less than the theoretical value. The peak value of lengthways variation is 0.04 mm. Silent chain meets the demand of drive system for gun automat.
