助产护士参与产前门诊干预对初产妇的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究助产护士参与产前门诊干预对初产妇的影响。方法:选取2016年3-12月来笔者所在医院分娩的同意参与此次研究的100例初产孕妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理宣讲,观察组则提供助产士产前门诊干预服务,比较两组初产妇焦虑、抑郁情况及分娩结局。结果:在护理干预后,两组初产妇的SDS和SAS评分均降低,但观察组的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的初产妇自然分娩率和Apgar评分均明显高于对照组,剖宫产和胎儿窘迫的发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:助产护士参与产前门诊干预可以降低初产妇抑郁、焦虑指数,也可对分娩方式和分娩结局产生积极的影响,值得进一步推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of midwives antenatal clinic intervention on primipara.Method：From March 2016 to December 2016,100 pregnant women were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing counseling,the observation group to provide midwifery prenatal clinic services,the two groups of early maternal anxiety,depression and delivery outcome were compared.Result：The scores of SDS and SAS were decreased in the both groups,but the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of spontaneous delivery and Apgar score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of cesarean section and fetal distress was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The intervention of maternity nurses in prenatal clinic can reduce the depression and anxiety index of primipara,but also have a positive effect on the mode of delivery and delivery.It is worthy of further application.
