中西药结合治疗经前期综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄胶囊联合氟西汀和维生素B6治疗经前期综合征的临床效果,分析其联合用药的可行性。方法选择我院妇科门诊治疗的86例经前期综合征患者,按就诊顺序号随机分为对照组(D组,43例)和研究组(Y组,43例)。D组患者采用氟西汀和维生素B6治疗;Y组患者采用六味地黄胶囊联合氟西汀和维生素B6治疗。观察两组患者在两种药物配伍治疗方法下的临床效果。结果 Y组患者停止治疗后1个月的主要症状缓解率明显高于D组;停止治疗后3个月的主要症状缓解率显著高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄胶囊联合氟西汀和维生素B6治疗经前期综合征的方法,不仅可行,而且疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of six flavour Rehmannia capsule combined with fluoxetine and vitamin B6 in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome, and to analyze the feasibility of the combined use of the drugs.Methods 86 cases of premenstrual syndrome in our hospital outpatient department were randomly divided into control group（group D, 43 cases） and study group（group Y, 43 cases）.The patients in group D were treated with fluoxetine and vitamin B6, and group Y was treated with six flavored rehmannia capsules combined with fluoxetine and vitamin B6.To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients under the treatment of two kinds of drugs.Results The main symptom relief rate of group Y was significantly higher than that of group D after the first month of stopping treatment, and the main symptom relief rate after the third month of stopping treatment was significantly higher than that of group D, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of six flavour rehmannia capsule combined with fluoxetine and vitamin B6 in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome is not only feasible but also satisfactory.
