子宫全切术与子宫次全切术对患者术后性生活满意度影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫全切术与子宫次全切术对患者术后性生活满意度的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2017年3月期间于我院行子宫全切术的患者40例作为对照组;选取同期于我院行子宫次全切术的患者40例作为观察组。就两种术式对性生活的影响度加以跟踪调查评估,并且观察患者的促卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇的变化。结果观察组患者术后3个月、6个月、9个月对性生活满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在术后12个月对性生活满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者手术前后性激素水平的相关指标变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫全切术与子宫次全切术,对患者术后性生活的影响都较低,在手术开展前后对患者进行必要的心理辅导,促进其术后性生活的改善,临床工作中应予关注。Objective To analyze the influence of total hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy on sexual life satisfaction of patients after hysterectomy. Methods 40 patients who underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2015 to March-2017 were selected as the control group, and 40 patients who underwent subtotal hysterectomy at the same time were selected as the observation group. The satisfaction degree of sexual life after two groups was investigated and evaluated, and the changes of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the patients were observed. Results The patients in the observation group were score in postoperative 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of life satisfaction are higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; patients in the two groups after 12 months of sexual satisfaction scores were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. There was no significant difference in the levels of sex hormone between the two groups before and after operation（P0.05）. Conclusion The hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy, to affect sexual life of patients after surgery is low, in the development of patients before and after the necessary psychological counseling, improving sexual life and promote their postoperative clinical work should be concerned.
