品管圈活动对乳腺癌根治术患者患肢锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复的影响。方法选择2016年9月~2017年8月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的50例患者,随机分为2组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施品管圈活动,比较两组患肢锻炼依从性及生活质量。结果较对照组,观察组锻炼依从率及各领域生活质量评分均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者行根治术后采取品管圈活动干预,可有效提高其患肢锻炼的依从性,利于改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control loop on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods Fifty patients undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups of 25 patients. The control group underwent routine care, and the observation group performed quality control circle activities. Compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Were significantly higher than those in the control group and the observation group in exercise compliance and quality of life in all fields, with significant differences（P0.05）. Conclusion After radical operation, breast cancer patients take quality control ring intervention, which can effectively improve compliance of their limbs and help to improve their quality of life.
