定菌生配合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的临床分析老年性阴道炎患者,给予患者采用定菌生配合甲硝唑治疗,观察临床疗效。方法选取患者时利用自愿参与原则,共计选取66例患者,均为老年性阴道炎患者,就诊时间段:2016年1月开始,2017年1月停止。66例患者分组时利用随机数字表法且分别命名为观察组(33例,定菌生配合甲硝唑治疗)和对照组(33例,甲硝唑治疗)。结果观察组患者临床总有效率、复发率(停药1周、停药1个月、停药3个月)均显著性更佳,将其对比对照组患者而言,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年性阴道炎患者采用定菌生配合甲硝唑治疗,可获得理想临床疗效。Objective Clinical analysis of senile vaginitis patients, given patients with fixed bacteria with metronidazole treatment, observe the clinical efficacy. Methods 66 cases of senile vaginitis patients were selected with the principle of voluntary participation, and the treatment time was from January 2016 to January 2017. 66 patients were randomly divided into observation group（33 cases, metronidazole combined with metronidazole） and control group（33 cases; metronidazole treatment）. Results The total effective rate of observation group, the recurrence rate（1 weeks, 1 months after treatment, 3 months after treatment） were significantly better compared with the control group, the patients, and statistical significance P〈0.05 differences. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of metronidazole combined with metronidazole in the treatment of senile vaginitis can be ideal.
