摘　　要：国内套建增层预应力钢骨混凝土框架结构已取得一定的研究进展,套建增层作为一种新的结构,已经在工程实践中得到了越来越多的研究和应用。介绍了分离式套建增层框架以及协同式套建增层框架的相关问题,并总结了既有房屋套建增层改造的研究进展及套建增层改造存在的主要问题。Some research progress has been made on the structure of reinforced prestressed steel reinforced concrete frame in China. As a new structure,the casing building has been studied and applied more and more in engineering practice. Mainly introduced the related issues of separate sets of building floors framework research and a coordinated set of issues related to the research of building floors framework,finally summarized the research progress of both sets of additional storeys and renovation of building houses,and main problems of set of additional storeys and renovation of building.
