摘 要:文章根据旅游可持续发展评价中存在的不确定性,构建了基于模糊群决策的旅游可持续发展评价体系。文章首先给出了旅游可持续发展评价指标体系,并用互反判断矩阵确定指标权重,针对旅游可持续发展评价中存在的不确定性和模糊性,采用模糊三角数作为旅游可持续发展评价的评价测度来消除评价中的模糊性,聘请群组专家同时参与评价来降低评价中的不确定性,最后构建了获取群组专家综合客观评价值的非线性约束模型,并采用遗传算法对非线性模型求解,且给出了遗传算法的具体设计过程。通过对某旅游景点的旅游可持续发展评价的实证分析,验证了本方法的可行性和合理性。To solve the uncertainty in the process of tourism sustainable development evaluation,this paper constructs a tourism sustainable development evaluation system using the fuzzy group decision method. This paper presents the evaluation index system of sustainable development of tourism,and use the reciprocal judgment matrix to determine the index weight. To describe the uncertainty and ambiguity of the sustainable development evaluation of tourism,the data of tourism sustainable development evaluation are selected as fuzzy triangular numbers,and the evaluation information are from group experts,then construct a nonlinear evaluation value calculation model to obtained the objective evaluation of group experts. The genetic algorithm is using to solve the nonlinear mode,and the algorithm design process is given. Finally,the feasibility and rationality of this method is verified through the empirical analysis of the evaluation of tourism sustainable development of a tourist attraction.
