新疆某铜矿浮选伴生金的试验研究

摘  要:新疆某铜矿由于矿石性质发生变化,导致铜回收率仅87%,伴生金的回收率45%。通过试验研究,在不改变现场生产流程的情况下,使用新型浮选药剂A8替代现场2#油,小型试验和工业试验均取得了良好的技术指标,与现场药剂制度相比,采用新药剂可使铜回收率提高1.56%,金回收率提高8.25%。The copper recovery rate of a copper mine in Xinjiang is only 87% and the recovery rate of associated gold is 45%, due to the change of ore properties. Through experimental research, without changing the field production process under the condition of using the new flotation reagent A8 instead of 2# oil field, small scale test and industrial test achieved good technical indexes, compared with the agent system, with a new reagent can make the copper recovery rate increased by 1.56%, the gold recovery rate increased by 8.25%.
