摘　　要：监理例会是工程参建各方对建设项目进行阶段性总结的会议,在保证工程质量、进度、安全等方面具有重大意义,从现阶段监理例会存在的问题和如何解决进行论述,提出了相应的解决问题的措施,保证了监理例会的作用。The paper indicates the inspection regular sessions are undertaken for the summaries in various stages of the construction programs for the parties involved in the project,which have the significance of ensuring the engineering quality,progress,and safety,indicates the problems and solutions in the current sessions,and points out the respective solutions,so as to guarantee the inspection regular sessions.
