摘　　要：徐晓钟的主体身份是戏剧教育家。徐晓钟导演学发展了焦菊隐、黄佐临等导演学派理论内涵,具有自己独特的标识—即"导演艺术构思诗学"。它主要表现在三个方面:"向‘表现美学’拓宽的导演艺术"、"演出的形象种子论"和"把自己的形式赋予自己的观念"。Well known as an educator of theater studies, Xu Xiaozhong has developed the directing theories of Jiao Juying, Huang Zuolin, etc and made his unique contribution to system of directing, namely ＂poetics of directing planning＂ which built on three major theories ＂art of directing which incorporates expressionist aesthetics＂, ＂general symbolic stage image of play＂, and ＂directer＇s own independent creation of forms and ideas＂.
