摘  要:本文对不同厂家生产的硫(铁)铝酸盐水泥熟料制备水泥的胶砂耐磨性能进行了试验,分析了硫(铁)铝酸盐水泥耐磨性能的影响因素和机理。试验结果表明,不同厂家生产的不同熟料所制备水泥的胶砂耐磨性能差异较大。而通过影响因素分析发现,能够提高硅酸盐水泥胶砂耐磨性的措施不一定适用于硫(铁)铝酸盐水泥;提高硬化浆体中的水化硅酸钙含量和铝胶含量,有利于提高硫(铁)铝酸盐水泥的耐磨性。The wear-resisting property of sulfur (iron) aluminate cement prepared by different clinker that from different plant were tested, and its influence factor and mechanism were analyzed. The results revealed that there was great difference among the wear-resisting property of sulfur (iron) aluminate cement prepared by different clinker that from different plant. By means of influence factor analysis, we discovered that the measures to improve wear-resisting property of Portland cement were not always apply to sulfur (iron) aluminate cement. As the number of tobermorite and alumina gel in hardened paste increases, the wear-resisting property of sulfur (iron) aluminate cement would improve.
