摘 要:以不同晶化时间的晶化产物为原料,考察了氧化钠和稀土离子的分布规律,对比了稀土离子在基质和分子筛上的分布差异,研究了不同稀土氧化物质量分数对催化裂化催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明:交换过程稀土离子主要迁移至分子筛上,基质只有少量的稀土离子。以减压宽馏分蜡油和减压渣油混合物为原料油,随着催化剂中稀土氧化物质量分数的增加,产品转化率、干气与焦炭收率增加,油浆收率下降,总液体收率和汽油收率增加到一定值后缓慢下降。The distributed regularities of sodium oxide and rare earth ions were investigated, the distribution differences of rare earth ions in matrix and molecular sieve were compared, and the influences of different mass fraction of rare earth oxide on the reaction performance of catalytic cracking catalyst were studied with crystallization products of different crystallization time as raw materials. The results showed that the rare earth ions mainly transferred to molecular sieve in the exchange process, and the matrix had a small content of rare earth ions. The mixture of vacuum wax oil with wide distillate and vacuum residum as raw material, with increasing of the mass fraction of rare earth oxides in catalyst, the product conversion, dry gas and coke yield all increased, slurry yield reduced, total liquid and gaso- line yield increased to a certain value and reduced slowly.
