摘  要:以掺炼加氢焦化汽油(>80~150℃馏分,下同)的直馏汽油为原料,在反应压力为2.0 MPa,体积空速为4.0 h-1,氢气/原料油(体积比)为250,反应温度为275℃的条件下,对DZF-1重整预加氢催化剂的加氢活性及1 500 h长周期稳定性进行了评价。结果表明:当直馏汽油/加氢焦化汽油(质量比)分别为80∶20,50∶50时,加氢产物的性质可满足企业重整装置进料指标要求;与DN-3110催化剂相比,DZF-1重整预加氢催化剂的脱硫、脱氮和烯烃饱和能力较好。The hydrogenation activity and stability (running for 1 500 h) of DZF - 1 reforming pre- hydrogenation catalyst were evaluated with straight - run gasoline blending hydrogenated coker gasoline ( 〉80- 150℃ distillates)as raw material at reaction pressure 2.0 MPa, LHSV 4.0 h^-1, hydrogen/oil (volume ratio) 250 and reaction temperature 275℃. The results showed that the properties of hydrogenation product could meet the feed index requirements of reforming unit at straight -run gasoline to hydrogenated coker gasoline (mass ratio) 80:20 or 50: 50. The desulfurization, denitrification and olefin saturation of DZF - 1 reforming prehydrogenation catalyst were better than those of DN-3110 catalyst.
