摘 要:采用膜强化传质技术,通过在电脱盐装置前新增膜脱盐处理单元对600万t/a电脱盐装置进行了改造。结果表明:装置改造后,原油通过膜脱盐预处理后,灰分和水的脱除率分别达到85.7%,97.4%,含盐质量浓度下降了1.7 mg/L;再经过电脱盐装置后,三者均为痕量,原油预处理效果较好。The 6 Mt/a electric desalting device was reformed by adding a new membrane desalting processing unit before electric desalting using membrane enhanced mass transfer technology. The results showed that after the crude oil was pretreated by the membrane desalting, the removal rate of ash and water reached to 85.7% and 97.4% respectively,and the mass concentration of salt decreased by 1.7 mg/L. After treated by the electric desalting device, all three were trace amounts, the effect of crude oil pretreatment was the better.
