摘  要:目的准确鉴定红细胞ABO亚型。方法采用血清学方法鉴定12例ABO血型正反定型不符标本,结合PCR-SSP基因定型方法作检测鉴定,并对其中9例作基因测序确定基因型。结果 ABO基因分型结果与血型血清检测结果一致率为66.67%(8/12);其余不相符的4例:2例为B(A),1例为Cis AB,1例为新基因(新基因血型血清学结果不确定,PCR-SSP结果为A1/O02,测序结果为A102/O02型)。结论 ABO血型基因分型技术结合血清学定型可用于ABO亚型鉴定及ABO血型的正确定型。Objective To identify the erythrocyte ABO subgroups accurately.Methods A total of 12 forward-reversetyping inconsistent sampleswere processedby serological methods Combined with PCR-SSP methods. 9 of the 12 samples were genotyped by DNA sequencing. Results The consistency rate between the ABO genotyping and serological results was66. 67%( 8/12); As for the 4 inconsistent samples: 2 cases were B( A),1 case was Cis AB and 1 case wasidentified as an unrecorded novelgenotype,whichcould not be clearly identified according tothe serological result whilethe PCR-SSPresult was A1/O02 andthe DNA sequencing result was A102/O02). Conclusion ABO blood group genotyping technology combined with serological typing can be used for ABO subgroup identification,which promotes the test results in improvedaccuracyof ABO blood typing.
