摘　　要：目的探讨应用Excel软件进行＂即刻法＂室内质控的价值。方法以2016年12月ELISA法检测抗-HIV结果为例,介绍如何应用Excel软件及其统计计算功能进行＂即刻法＂室内质控,并绘制室内质控图。结果在新建Excel空表中输入检测结果后,可自动计算出离散指数（SI）值,从而判断结果是否在控。结论应用Excel软件进行＂即刻法＂室内质控可提高工作效率。Objective To evaluate the application of Excel Software in the process of Internal Quality Control with＂Instant＂Method. Methods The anti-HIV antibody data acquired by ELISA were used to introduce statistical and calculational functions performed by Excel Software with Instant Method to process Internal Quality Control related complications. We also demonstrated the creation of Internal Quality Control diagrams. Results The value of Seperation Index（ SI） could be calculated automatically after inputting data in new charts,SI values can be used to judge whether the result is in control or not.Conclusion The application of Excel Software in Internal Quality Control can improve work efficiency significantly.
