国家意识形态安全视阈下中国话语国际表达论析

摘　　要：国家意识形态安全与中国话语国际表达具有内在的逻辑关系。目前,中国话语国际表达面临"西强我弱"的话语格局,存在"话语贫困"的现实问题,呈现"表达滞后"的客观境况。从维护国家意识形态安全的高度重视中国话语的国际表达,就要善于打造融通中外的普适性新话语,构建中国话语国际表达的主体合力,创新中国话语国际表达的传播形式。在增强中国话语国际表达的主动性、自觉性和实效性中维护国家意识形态安全。The security of national ideology and the international expression of Chinese discourse have internal logical relations. Now,the latter faces the discourse dilemma of＂I am weak in the West＂,the problem of＂discourse poverty＂,and the reality of＂delayed expression＂. Attaching great importance to the international expression of Chinese discourse from the perspective of safeguarding our national ideological security requires us to be good at creating a new and universal discourse,train the chief spokesperson for the international expression of Chinese discourse,innovate the communicative form of international expression of Chinese discourse by enhancing the initiative,self-consciousness and efficiency of Chinese discourse to safeguard our national ideological security.
