摘　　要：临床药师通过参与一例海分枝杆菌感染患者的治疗,协助医生制定及优化抗感染治疗方案,实施药学监护。经过积极、合理、抗感染治疗后,患者感染得到有效控制。临床药师的积极参与为罕见菌感染的治疗积累了临床经验。Taking full advantage of professional knowledge, clinical pharmacist involved in the whole treatment process of one case of mycobacterium infection by assisting doctors in determining and optimizing the anti-infective treatment plan, and performing pharmaceutical care. After the active, rational and effective anti-infective treatment, the patient＇s infection was controlled effectively. The active participation of clinical pharmacist gains clinical experience for the treatment of rare bacterial infections.
