摘 要:建立了测定纸品中卡拉花醛含量的气相色谱/串联质谱分析方法,纸品中的卡拉花醛经超声萃取后,进行气相色谱/串联质谱法分析,外标法定量。在信噪比(S/N)为10的条件下,方法定量下限为0.10mg/kg。方法的加标平均回收率为88.73%-94.61%,相对标准偏差为3.91%-7.94%。该方法快速简便,定性可靠,定量准确,适用于纸品中卡拉花醛的日常分析检测。A gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(GC/MS-MS) method was established for the determination of karanal in paper products. Karanal in paper products was first ultrasonically extracted, and then analyzed by GC/ MS-MS. The concentration of karanal was quantified by the external standard method. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.10 mg/kg at signal to noise(S/N) of 10. The spiked average recoveries changed from 88.73% to 94.61% under 3 spiked levels while the relative standard deviation(RSD) changed from 3.91% to 7.94%. The proposed method was simple, sensitive, accurate and convenient to operate, and appropriate to the routine analysis of karanal in paper products.
