摘  要:该文对2种AKD乳液的受热稳定性进行了研究。结果发现:粒径分布宽的AKD乳液在温度分别为50℃和55℃条件下贮存8h时会发生絮聚行为,其筛余物以AKD为主,而粒径分布窄的AKD乳液没有发生絮聚;当乳液pH为3,即使有部分筛余物产生,在温度50℃条件下贮存AKD水解也不明显。The thermal stability of two alkyl ketene dimer(AKD) emulsions at elevated temperature was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the flocculation behavior occurred when the emulsion with wide particle size distribution was stored at 50 ℃ and 55 ℃ for 8 h,and the AKD was the main sieve residue,while the emulsion withnarrow particle size distribution didn't flocculated during the test process. When the pH of the emulsion was 3, there was no more hydrolysis increasement found in emulsions which was reserved at 50 ℃, even if some residue formed.
