摘　　要：[目的]介绍马振华老中医治疗脾胃疾病的经验。[方法]整理马振华老中医临证论治脾胃疾病的验案,并遴选验案3则,结合《内经》等中医经典论著及其理论,并结合吴门医派学术思想,阐释马老治疗脾胃疾病的验案,分析阐明马老注重调理全身气机、辨证施治的学术思想以及遣方用药的特色。[结果]烧心、胃胀、腹泻3则验案显示,马老在治疗脾胃疾病时,尤其注重全身气机的调理,从脾胃气机的升降、肺气的宣发与肃降以及肝气的疏泄3个方面论治。辨证与辨症相结合,因时因地制宜。擅长配伍运用调理气机、芳香化湿与辛开苦降之品。[结论]马振华老中医治疗脾胃疾病辨证论治、对全身气机调理的主张值得学习借鉴。[Objective] To introduce the experience of MA Zhenhua in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. [Methods] To select three effective clinical cases of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, combining the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine, such as Neijing and its theory,and combining the academic thought of Wumen medical school, to explain the cases of MA Zhenhua on the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. To clarify the conditioning of the whole body Qi and his features of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and drug characteristics. [Results]In the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, MA Zhenhua especially pays attention to the conditioning of the whole body Qi, from the treatment of the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach Qi, the dispersing and descending lung Qi, the liver catharsis, according to syndrome differentiation and local conditions. He is good at compatibility and use of medicines for Qi regulating, dampness removing and acrid opening and bitter downbearing. A good effect was often obtained in the case, and a satisfactory result was also obtained. [Conclusion] MA Zhenhua＇s dialectical claim in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases based on syndrome differentiation and the conditioning of the whole body Qi is worth learning.
