摘　　要：发热门诊是遏制传染病蔓延的第一道防护网。2003年严重急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndromes,SARS)疫情暴发之后,华北电力大学(以下简称我校)医院开设了发热门诊,主要服务对象为本校师生。经过15年的发展,发热门诊运行逐渐规范。现从医院管理、制度建设、医护培训、患者教育等方面就我校发热门诊管理进行探讨,以便更好地服务于患者。A fever clinic was the first protective net to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. After the outbreak of SARS in 2003, the fever clinic was established in North China Electric Power University. The main patients were the teachers and students of the university. After 15 years＇ development, the operation of fever clinic was gradually standardized. In this paper, we discussed the management of fever clinic of the hospital so as to provide the better service for the patients, from the aspects of hospital management, medical system construction, medical care training, patient education, and so on.
