摘 要:在柴油甲醇双燃料发动机排放污染物的基础上,利用合成气台架探究不同催化剂体系对甲醇催化NO反应的影响。结果表明在低温阶段(小于300℃)甲醇在Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂体系上对NO催化转化效率最高,高温阶段(大于300℃)甲醇在Co/γ-Al_2O_3和γ-Al_2O_3催化剂体系上对NO的催化效率高。催化剂体系Co/γ-Al_2O_3(前)+Mo/γ-Al_2O_3(后)催化活性优于单独使用的两种催化剂。配气中的CO会使组合式催化剂体系低温阶段的催化活性大大降低,而H_2则可以使组合式催化剂体系的低温催化活性提高。Based on the pollutants emission from diesel-methanol dual-fuel engine, the effect of different catalyst systems on NO reduction catalyzed by methanol was investigated by syngas. The results showed that in the low temperature stage(less than 300℃), the conversion efficiency of NO is high by suing Mo/γ-Al2O3. The catalytic activity of Co/γ-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 catalyst is excellent at high temperature region(more than 300℃). The catalytic activity of Co/γ-Al2O3(pre)+ Mo/γ-Al2O3(after) is better than that of the two catalysts. When the content of CO is increased,the low temperature catalytic activity of the combined catalyst system is greatly reduced. The low temperature catalytic activity of the combined catalyst system is greatly improved with the increase of H2 content. In addition, the effect of different calcination temperature of catalyst on the catalytic activity of the combined catalyst system is studied.
