摘　　要：随着新时期中国社会不断变迁,城乡二元的区隔也在逐步加深,伴随着农村青壮年劳动力人群外出务工,农村经济发展呈现出停滞不前甚至逐步衰败的态势,农村老年人养老问题日益突出。文章以社会支持网络为视角,试图从正式支持社会网络和非正式支持社会网络分析当前农村养老过程中福利政策实践的困境,并且了解其中的强弱关系,从而为相应的制度实践和工作实践提供依据。With the development of the changing society in the new period of china, urban and rural areas two segment has gradually deepened, with the rural labor force of young people and migrant workers, rural economic development presents a stagnant or even gradual declining trend, the rural elderly pension problems have become increasingly prominent. This article takes the social network perspective, tries to analyze the current practice of rural old-age welfare policy predicament in the process of social network from the formal support and informal support of social network, and understand the strength of the relationship, which is the corresponding system of practice and oractice basis.
